Took out screws and bolts to remove cable assembly. Had to remove black cover to remove screws to the adjust handle fo move the direction of the snow being thrown

lower handle broken

removed wires and cable from broken handle
blocked up snowblower - removed wheels
removed old handle - compared with new part to insure holes and bends lined up
Install new handle lower assembly
install old handle upper assembly
confirm hardware installed correctly all bolts tight
install wheels
r emove blocks
proceed to snowblowing
