Started by removing the deck, then loosened the bolts for the pulley, and mandrel. Installed the new parts, and reassembled. Glad you had the parts available plus quick turnaround.

Bearing bad in spindle. Blades needed replacement. Time for new belt.

Removed deck. Removed old parts. Replaced with new parts. Needed to drill out holes in spindle and deck for new bolts.
Old spindles were threaded. New spindles were not. Easy fix. Tighten everything down. Lube spindles. Route belt. Replace deck on mower. Easy fix when you have the correct parts. Now ready for the mowing season to st art. If I need anything else I will be back. Thanks

Broken mandrel

The mandrel you sent was a version 5. I needed a version 4. The top bearing on the version 5 did not have a shoulder. I had to reuse the old bearing. Also the version 5 did not have treads needed to mount the mandrel. I had the cut treads in new mandrel.
