The most common reason for replacing the ignition switch is when the lawn mower won't start when the key is turned in the ignition. This part includes the ignition switch, ignition key, the cover and the ignition switch nut. Disconnect the spark plug wire before doing this repair. Wear work gloves to protect your hands. No tools needed to replace the ignition switch.
