Front wheel kept falling off due to worn hub bearing and c-clip. Also replaced broken deck lift lever.

Removed old bearings, replaced with new bearings and new c-clip. Also replaced broken deck lift lever with spring and retaining pins. Broke old lever trying to reform (bend) it into a better position, out of the way of getting off/on mower.
