This is a genuine part which is supplied directly by the original equipment manufacturer and is used with Ariens lawn tractors. The V belt connects the engine pulley to the transmission pulley, to propel the mower forward. This part is made of rubber and is sold individually. You will need a socket wrench to remove any covers or shrouds on the unit. Use a screwdriver to pull the idler pulley up and place the belt underneath it
