Looked to see how the cable was mounted at both ends. Then removed the old one and installed the new one.
Removed the nut holding the front wheels on , then removed the old wheels. Installed the new wheels on the shafts and tightened down the nuts

Remove the front plastic drive belt guard ( 9 bolts on my model) disconnect cables and replace. Super easy to do and works like a charm.
