one hubcap flew off due to a small crack between the \"teeth\" at the center

When the new hubcap arrived, I simply used a whisk broom to make certain no debris would be caught beneath the center of the wheel onto which the hubcap would attach. Using a rubber
mallet (hammer?), I centered the hubcap on the wheel and gently gave a couple of taps at which point it quietly snapped into place. It actually requi red less than five minutes of my time and was quite a simple repair, even for this female:) After mowing both front and back lawn areas, as the \"cap\" remained in place, I was assured that the repair was done properly.

helpful and pleasant customer service and the quick response and shipping! Hubcaps may
seem insignificant in the scheme of things related to a lawn mower, but they do protect the inner workings of those wheels.
