Removed pull rope assembly, replaced lost spring, put assembly back on mower. Fixed! This is brief description of all involved, but not a hard fix.

Leaking fuel

Remove carbarator bowl and install gasket. Replace bolt to tighten bowl against housing. Had to remove bowl and readjust gasket several times in order to stop it from over flowing with fuel. The float was sticking causing overflow.

Air cleaner was so old it was Disintegrating. I couldn\'t find the correct replacement anywhere except ereplacement parts.com.
