1. Removed cowl and starter assy.
2. Removed broken rope
3. Attached new rope
4. Wound spring tight
5. Reattached starter rope assy

Cleaned and lubricated wheel gears
Replaced wheels with new ones
Removed bolts fastening motor to deck removed belt guard
Removed belt guard from drive gear box
