Removed old spark plug and air filter and replaced them with new ones. I used a spark plug gap tool, a spark plug wrench and a screwdriver. For the blade I removed the nut and housing with a socket wrench and wd40. Then I replaced the old blade with the new blade and tightened it with a torque wrench.

Needed extra blades so that I kept a good Sharp ones on machine
Raised mowers safely loosen bolts and nuts and replace older blades with fresh ones lower mowers and did a short safety mow everything checked out good to go
Remove spark plug wire from spark plug. Removed the blade bolt, lock washer, accelerator then the old blade. Installed the new blade in reverse order. Remove the shoulder bolt from the wheel and remove the wheel. Install the new wheel on the axle, then secure the new wheel with the shoulder bolt. Install plug wire on spark plug.
