It was pretty straightforward, unhook the quick connectors from the old switch and slide in the new switch and connect the connectors back up and tighten the nut that held it on, pretty easy.

disconnected old switch; unscrewed nut and locking washer; threw away worn-out switch: put new switch in opening; tightened washer and nut; plugged switch back in.
