This is a genuine OEM sourced part which is designed for use on Toro and Lawn Boy riding lawn mowers and garden tractors. It is mounted to the side of the mower for the cut grass to be expelled out of it. If the deflector is missing or is damaged, this will provide an identical replacement for the part that was included with a new unit. Check the owners manual for your model for the correct application. One durable plastic deflector is included. Replacing it is a simple task that may only require pliers. Simply remove the old one and snap the new one in the bracket.
