Loosened tension cable on transmission, removed plastic covers and replaced v-belt. Then replaced both rear wheels using 1/2 inch socket and ratchet. And replaced four Hoc-knobs.

The bolt that held the wheel on broke. I ordered the replacement bolt, nut & washer for my make/model lawn mower and used the wrenches to re-attach the wheel.

Needed new wheels

1. Place lawnmower on sawhorse to make it easier to work.
2. Removed front wheel with socket wrench
3. Replaced arm-string and wheel.
4. Put wheel on with socket wrench.
5. Removed back wheel socket wrench
6. Removed back wheel cover and placed on new wheel

Snap rings were broken, cogs inside rear wheels worn, and knobs on wheel adjustment were broken

Removed the rear wheels, cleaned area, filed out snap ring grove, installed pinion gears, installed snap rings, and installed wheel. Installed two new nuts in frame to hold rear cover with the screws. All a simple process. You shipped the correct parts on a timely basis. Back cutting grass.

Pinion gear came off shaft and wore the retaining ring groove even. Had to take an angle grinder and cut new seat for retaining ring to hold pinion gear in place on a Toro personal pace model 20370

Took both rear wheels off. Found pinion drive gear had fallen off the shaft and wore out the retaining ring groove. Had to recut the groove reinstall the gear and retaining ring and reinstall wheels.
