The stop-pivot attaches to the bail-control. This is a genuine replacement part sourced from the original manufacturer for use with lawn mowers made by Toro and Lawn Boy. This part is available individually. A set of pliers may be helpful when replacing this part. It is made out of plastic and will need to be replaced if it breaks.
remove the broken stop-pivot, remove the brake cable from the engine, pull out all the old cable, instal the stop-pivot, connect in engine the new brake cable , connect with stop-pivot with the wrench to tight .

Simply insert from the inside of the push bars, with some force, the throttle cable\'s \"s\" end into the only hole it will fit into on the Stop-Pivot (plastic lever part) and reinsert the throttle bar end through the lever connector and then into the right handle inside hole where it fits. Done. Works like a champ.
