Wrong part shipped
I have ordered many times with no issue, including two previous orders for this adjuster that breaks frequently. The wrong part was selected and shipped to me this time. Don't know if the error was from bad info from Toro parts identification system, an inventory error, or human error. In any case this nearly $20 order was a waste of time and money.

1. Place lawnmower on sawhorse to make it easier to work.
2. Removed front wheel with socket wrench
3. Replaced arm-string and wheel.
4. Put wheel on with socket wrench.
5. Removed back wheel socket wrench
6. Removed back wheel cover and placed on new wheel

Remove the shoulder bolt , washer, rear wheel and the pivot arm. Install the new spring arms. Reassemble all of the parts that were removed, in reverse order. I did also put two new levers on the arms.
