Use a small screw driver and press the tabs on the side of the switch and pull it out. Note how the switch was plugged into the receptacle. Then press the new switch in.

I used a Philip screwdriver to take off the key control panel and then used my finger to release the clip of the PTO switch out and replaced the old switch with the new one. Replaced the controller panel and was up and running. Love replacementparts.com. They always come through. Have a great holiday this season
