Purchase of Drive-blade belts and roller scalp wheel

Dear representative- I wish this note had a better tone, but I have to say my product arrived at my house several weeks after I ordered it which allowed my grass to grow another 8 inches. The drive belt I received had been used before, and had been damaged. I was in dire need to cut the lawn, so I used it as it was. After cutting my lawn, the belt delaminated, causing me to order another drive belt from another supplier. I would like to discuss getting my money back for the used drive belt I received. Remove the bolt and the nut and remove the old roller. Insert the bolt through the bracket and the new roller and tighten the nut on the bolt and you\'re done.

Removed bolt and nut from rollers with a box and socket wrench. 5/8\"
Installed new rollers and carrier bolts and nuts.
I applied liquid wrench on bolts prior to removal of the old rollers and let it soak in for a few minutes before wrenching.
