Both rear wheels needed removed to access one phillips head screw on each side of the trailing shield. Overall, simple job and took less than 10 minutes including putting a little grease on the axles for the wheels.

Watched video on utube. Repair was not extremely difficult. They steps to change out transmission are to long for me to get into. Replaced ball bearing while I had it apart. Old transmission as well as the replacement have no way to check or add oil. If I had a way to add oil , in my opinion could have saved old transmission.
