It is made out of metal and is sold individually. During the installation process, a wrench set might be needed to replace this part. Over time this part may break and will need to be replaced.

Removed the standard bolt that I had temporarily repaired the mower with (this repair did not allow for height adjustment). Replaced with proper bolt with a shoulder that allows for wheel adjustment.
Replaced worn out,14 year old parts.Snapper makes a well built mower.I used this mower in my business, very reliable.
