Torx screws on front left wheel came loose and the Bushing Bearing RWD came off and was damaged by blade.

Removed front wheel covers and wheels.
Cleaned shaft
Installed Bushing Bearing RWD and secured using Torx Screws
Installed new shaft spacers
Re-Installed wheels and wheel covers
Op-tested the movement of wheels.
Repair complete.

Front axle bushing vibrated off and was lost/needed replacement

Used allen wrench instead of torx wrench to fasten 2/halved bushing to right side front axle.
