Wasn\'t sure how to go about it, so went to youtube and found a video of someone taking off a pulley belt, and I just reversed the process...... The replacement belt fit perfectly!
*Removed the belt cover after lowering the blades to the lowest setting.
*Removed the idler pulley.
*Stood the mower upright and mounted the belt to the spindle pulley while manually turning the pulley.
*Mounted the belt to the blade pulley while holding the clutch/brake peddle down for clearance, and turning the pulley.
... Read more *Returned the mower to horizontal and reinstalled the idler pulley.
*Removed adjustment shims to correct belt tension.
*Reinstalled the belt cover.
*Belt was exactly right, mower is back in service

The bearing wore out in the pulley and belt was stretched and just wore our
Was easy remember bed the pulley bolted on the new one. Then the belt a little fun there removed the rear end hosing in one side slide belt in and bam was mowing my yard in under an hour
