Stripped lawnmower down to clean and repair. Painted deck and repaired drive system. All parts fit perfect.

Had trouble pulling spacer from old drive disc.

Tilt mower up on it\'s side and block in place .
Remove chute, blade, disc, and belts.
Salvage old spacer. I had a lot of corrosion holding the spacer onto the old bolt. I used liquid wrench, a vise grip, & hammer to break apart.
Take out bolt holding poly-vee belt cover @ tilt up for clearance; to slide belt out & in. < br />I replaced the separate lock washer & nut holding the disc with a nyloc nut for ease of assembly.
Also Sharpen the blade or replace.
Reassemble with new parts.
