1. Remove the necessary cables from the engine or the control levers.
2. Take out the bolts holding in the transaxle.
3. Drop the transaxle off the mower.
4. Swap out the new cables for the old.
5. Fish the cables back through there appropriate slots.
6. Reinstall the transaxle bolts and the tension springs.
