This is an original part from Snapper for use with Lawn Tractors. The round drive idler pulley applies tension to the belt. The most common reason for replacing the front idler pulley is when it is damaged, causing the rear wheels not to move. This part is sold individually. The tools that you will need to replace the idler pulley is a small flat-head screwdriver and a 9/16 inch socket.
