For the wheel, I used a mallet to attach the press fit clamp to the shaft with a couple of taps. I also have the other three clamps a couple of taps each to make sure they were also not going to fall off.
For the battery cover,
1. I used the screwdriver to post the floating pin into the hole in the old cover.

... Read more Then I removed the tenants of the old cover and moved the floating pin to the new cover.
3. Placed the new battery cover into the shaft holders.
4. Used my mallet to tap the other side from the floating pin too shock it into the hole, to severe the cover on both sides.
