Poor Communication

The part arrived in good conditions. I called and spoke to a CSR about my part's arrival being delayed. The CSR was extremely helpful and explained the situation to me (part was in backorder). My only complaint is that this was not notified to me. I only received an ETA that dis not reflect the backorder effect.

Remove from the drive shaft: the nut, spacer, blade holder, blades (two), adapter, etc
Install new adapter, ONE blade, and other parts, including the nut.
Note: the studs on the replacement adapter are shorter than on the original,
so it can only accommodate one blade instead of the two blades originally on this model.
