1. I replaced broken spring and worn rod.
2. I used two new push nuts to retain the rod.
3. I used two nuts with nylon locking bushings to hold the discharge door at proper position on the rod.
4. I greased everything with wheel bearing grease.
Remove 1 5/16th bolt and remove the old door, the new door just had to hold the spring in place to reinstall the bolt and tighten it down. the push nuts I did not need.
