On April 24th of 2021 I ordered a bracket and screw for my lawn mower aprox. $27.00 On date: May15th I sent a message to the company hey where are my parts almost a month had gone by I had a tracking number from the USPS which was useless Tracking number told you that incorrect zip code or address was bad. It was not. The post office sent the parts back to E-replacement parts After about 2 more weeks I called E-replacement parts & with some checking they CS person said they received the parts back into stock. They did not E-mail me about it, or send me the parts until I called Customer service which credited my card, but charged me more money about $36 because I insisted not to ship with USPS. I did get the parts they work great, but I felt that if I had not called them they would not have caught that they received the parts back into stock, and they had my money. Problem was fixed, but for about $9.00 more. This was a little screwy to me.
