Pull off the full handle, separated the lower from the upper handle, replaced, and reattached to base of mower

Removed bracket that holds the pull rope.
Unscrewed the wing nuts that connect the upper handle to the lower handle.
Removed the clips that hold the lower handle to the mower deck.
Removed the old handle.
Replaced with the new lower handle
