This Air Cleaner Kit is an OEM part direct from MTD for use in a walk-behind lawnmower. The purpose of the air cleaner is to keep dust and debris from entering the carburetor and engine. This kit includes one paper filter and one foam filter. The paper filter cannot be cleaned and needs to be replaced once a year. The foam filter can be cleaned by using liquid detergent and water, replace the foam element when damaged. Never run the engine without the filters as this can result in rapid engine wear.

All parts were exactly like original parts 10 year mower runs like a new mower very satisfied delivery was quick as well would highly recommend this company
1. Removed the cover over the drive control.
2. Removed the old cable.
3. Attached the new cable at the drive control.
4. Attached the new cable at the handle.
5. Replaced the cover over the drive control.
6. Replaced the air filter.
