This is a genuine manufacturer-sourced component which is specially made for use with MTD, Bolens and Yard Man lawn mowers. It is an identical replacement for a missing or a faulty recoil spring and pulley assembly that was installed on a new unit. These are the parts of the recoil mechanism that were originally installed on a new unit. Please make sure to refer to the appropriate diagrams of your model for the correct location and application of these parts. Keep in mind this high-quality assembly includes the spring and the pulley. Note, the other components are all sold separately.
