Primer bulb was split and throttle slide lever was broken.

clean and scrape al debris build up , wash down.
spray all bolts and fasteners. remove blade and blade hub. sharpen blade.
remove muffler for access to bolts to remove engine assembly. clean and lube
replace drive belt and reassemble with new throttle slide. replace spark plug. Disassemble
