Remove old cable and handle bar to engage it, attach plastic connection on handle bar and attach other end of cable to wheel assembly. Adjust length of cable and tighten screw on upper left handle so cable moves up when bar raised. When bar pulled up, cable releases wheel lock and mower starts to move forward.
