Wheel 131-4520

I ordered wheels for my 30-year-old LawnBoy mower, after being informed that they were available. I was very happy to think I would be able to continue using this trusty mower after replacing the rear wheels that were so hard to find because of the gear needed inside them to self propel the mower up hills. I waited almost 3 weeks for them to arrive and when they did, I knew they were not the correct wheels. It seems that the technician who told me they would work did not take notice that this item was "no longer available" as I was informed by the customer service person whom I called about this. Then why were the incorrect wheels packed and shipped, when they did not correspond to the part number that I ordered? I should have been contacted at that time and told that this part was no longer available, but instead wheels that would not work were substituted. Now, I am told that I have to wait almost 3 weeks for a refund, even though these wheels were delivered to the address on the return label only 3 days after I mailed them. This was a very disappointing experience and thankfully, I will not be in need of anything further from eRplacementParts in the future.
