1. Remove the self propel cable
2. Replace with the new cable set
2a. Remove the two screws holding on to the cable
2b. Replace with the new cable set
2c. Screw back the two screws removed in 2a.
Pulled left rear wheel off and battery box for better access and view, disconnected lower end of cable and retainer plate then proceeded to disconnect opposite end of cable and retainer at handle bar.
