Replace this part if the mulching blade is dull, broken, or damaged. You will need a socket wrench to replace this part. This mulching blade is made of metal and sold individually.

Should have taken 20 minutes.
However, after removing the blades with the impact wrench, the new blades didn\'t go onto the star that holds the blade in place. So I cleaned up the star with a steel brush but still couldn\'t get it to go on smoothly. So used the Dremel tool to remove all the paint from the inside of the star on th e new blades. Was able to install the blades with the impact wrench and mow the lawn!!
