This is a genuine Husqvarna and Poulan part for use with Lawn Mowers, Lawn Tractors. The fuel tank holds the lawn tractor's gas supply. The most common reason for replacing the gas tank is when the engine is leaking fuel. This part is sold individually. The tools that you will need to replace the fuel tank is a pan, clamp cutter, screwdriver, nut driver and a socket wrench.

Removed the seat and the back plate. Unbolted the tank, removed the fuel line with pliers, pulled out the tank and cleaned. Replaced with the new.

Dis-assembled rear of machine
Replaced tank fuel filters and fuel line
Removed old cable
Replaced cable with new one
Replaced deck drive belt
Reassembled machine
Machine now works as new
