It is a genuine component that is supplied by the original manufacturer for use with a Husqvarna Yard Tractor. This is the belt that connects to the pulleys that move the mower blades. To ensure the longevity of the belt clean the pulleys before installing and periodically inspect for stretching and cracks. This part is made of rubber and is an individually sold replacement part.

The deck mower belt - which costs more than a hundred dollars!! - broke twice in a row after approx 4 hours run time.

First I\'ll give the parts print a very low score, many details are omitted. I found an idler pulley to have a bad bearing. Happy to think I found the problem I ordered and install a new idler pulley, but after 2-3 hours running I broke another belt. I then found one of the mandrel serrated or spine shafts to be completely worn away! This caused the blade to slip and create friction. Ordered and installed a new mandrel. Note I tried to disassemble the mandrel but found it impossible to remove the inside bearing - destroyed the part in the process. The belt still gets quite hot but seems to be holding up. All in all I like using replacement parts, a good service but needs improvement.
