Took off engine cover and disconnect lights wire
Removed the two bolts (screws) holding on shield
Installed new shield and replaced engine cover reconnecting light wire
Finished in 15 minutes
Easy- just removed damaged part & replaced new one.
Had to remove front hood & disconnect head lights first.

Figured out where new shield was supposed to hook in the rear
