Parts Used:

1- Remove plastic footrest\\cover (access screws under frame plate)
2- Jack up\\block mower ( Also mower deck as the casting supports it)
2a- Be careful as the support rod is spring loaded (ditto on replacing it)
3- Remove snap ring, drop spindle\\wheel.
4- Remove 3 screws on casting.
5- Insert deck support rod into new casting and bolt into place
6- Replace spindle\\wheel
7- Replace plastic footrest
8- Let down off jack stands
9- Spend another hour trying to get the terribly designed foot deck lift system to function properly.
9a- Keep small children away during this time as you will be cussing...a lot
