1. Removed the wheel cover
2. Removed the nut to take off wheel
3. I had other parts so had to take off gear and replace the locking gear
4. Reassembled putting the gear back in place
5. Slid wheel back on spindle after putting big washer in place
6. Screw nut back onto spindle
7. Beat cover back on usi ng hand
The left rear wheel was slipping before repair
Works like new now thanks to replacement parts
