First, the part was an exact replacement for the part on my mower that broke. Transferring all the parts from my old deck to this was easy, just took some time. Now for the bad. I had called customer service to verify that it was in stock which I was told it was. The website says next day shipping and I paid extra for a 3 day ship. It took 4 days to leave the warehouse and 5 days to make it to me. Then, the Fed Ex driver delivered it to the wrong house. I had to go pick it up. The box was beaten up. The deck had moved and broken through during shipping. Customer service refunded the shipping ($20). Luckily besides a few scratches the deck was fine. But, geez, it's big. It's around 60 pounds. Pack it better will ya. And, just tell me it'll take longer to ship.
