Why would I put in the model number which is on the mower itself it says there's nothing available there no such number whatever I've done in a half a dozen times exactly how it's on the machine and nothing comes up or you order the cable and it's too short if this continues I'm gonna look for a Toro mower

Drive control cable broke at clutch gear box

1. Removed pulley cover
2. Release springs on clutch gear box
3. Removed old cable from handle (2 places) and cable holders from mower base (2 places)
4. Re attached cable to handle (2 places)
5. Adjusted tension on cable to allow maximum cable available and re attached cable to both mower base places and clutch ge ar box
6. Re attached springs
7. Readjusted cable tension to insure clutch gear box was engaging properly to drive front wheel.
8. Replaced pulley cover

Removed cable end from drive, removed cable from handle assembly. Installed new cable to drive transmission. Installed adjustable cable to handle and drive bale. Installation complete, Start and run unit, check function of drive. Good to go.
