1. Raised the tractor with a chain hoist
2. Removed the rear wheels
3. Removed the broken torque bracket
4. Replaced the broken torque bracket
5. Reinstalled the rear wheels.
1. Removed the drive belt drive.
2. Removed and discarded broken bracket and rusted bolts.
3. Installed new bracket and bolts.
4. Re-inserted belt drive and ensured belt has tension.

Mounting bracket bolt head snapped off old bracket had also cracked at mounting hole,because of cracks and bending of axle supports of the stamped steel frame
Pulled rear wheels,dropped axle and differential,remove broken mounting bracket,easy out broken bolt,chase treads with tap,weld and pre fabricated heavy supports for axle then remount everything,reinstall drive belt and wheels.
