I had my mower at a repair shop from October until March waiting on a back ordered adjuster, When I finally figured out that I could just get the part and give it to them, is where ereplacementparts.com came in. Finding the part and ordering it was pretty easy; the purchase was seamless. My only complaint was that it took over a week (I think 9 days) from the day I paid, until the day it shipped (it kept saying "processing"). At the end of the day, you had the part I couldn't get anywhere else, and you got it to me, so I am pleased with the results, I just wish you could have processed my request faster.
