Remove the upper clamp from the handle, unhook the Z-hook from the bail. Then remove the Z-hook from the governor. Install the new one cable in reverse order.

Cable, Engine Zone Control Broke

Parts Used:
532424983, 532183447
1) Removed pull rope start housing/Fuel tank (4 screws),
2) Needle nose pliers to squeeze then remove cable clips on both ends,
3) Install new cable using pliers again to seat the end clips,
4) Reinstall housing (4 screws didn\'t torque them down until after I tested repair)
5) Mower started up and shut down fine ( 4 screws torqued them tight)
