This is an authentic OEM sourced component. It is specially designed for Honda engines commonly installed on lawn and garden equipment. This is the starter assembly allows a user to pull-start the engine. It provides an identical replacement for a missing or a faulty component that was installed on a new unit. Check the owners manual and the diagrams of your model for the correct application of this part. This is a complete assembly which includes the housing, the pulley, the spring and the pull-rope with a grip. Note, the hardware to secure it is sold separately.
