Followed the handy YouTube video on this exact job by ereplacementparts (Honda HRX217 throttle lever spring replacement). Saved me a headache as it helps you align the levers and springs back into the right positions. It\'s easy to disassemble and reassemble, the throttle and speed control levers are on the same spindle, held on by a 10m m bolt. But if the speed lever assembly comes apart, just reference the video to see proper order for reassembly.
