Easy to purchase from difficult to obtain email information
Ordered what I thought was a float type charger for my honda lawn mower. Emailed question about exchange and question whether I had correct part number for float charger. Received email for part return but no answer for my question. Returning part was super easy! But alas, no help with obtaining float type charger - so sad :( Would still purchase from again though as past experience is GREAT!
