This is a genuine manufacturer-sourced part which is specially designed for Honda lawn mowers. The V- belt connects it to the transmission pulley and the engine pulley to drive the mower forward. This part is made of rubber and is sold individually. You will need a socket wrench and a screw driver to aid you in this repair.
